Hillside streets, freeway hops and everyday driving
Beyond the lots, Loma Linda has hillside streets where drivers swing wide, park on slopes and sometimes touch curbs. Curb contact can scuff wheels and lower bumpers, and a car left in gear or poorly braked on a slope can roll into a neighbor.
The short hop onto I-10 or I-215 brings the usual merge-lane problems: rear-end bumps and lane-change scrapes. Hospital and school traffic at peak hours can also be dense and distracted. This mix produces many minor to moderate repairs, and fewer dramatic ones. Because minor damage often hides behind a bumper cover, we do not skip the in-person look.
