How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with an inspection. We look at the visible damage and check for the hidden kind, then give you an estimate in writing. We explain each line, including which items are repairs, which are replacements and which are optional.
If we find extra damage once panels come off, we call you before anything is added. If insurance is involved, we help you read the adjuster's estimate and handle supplements. We do not promise completion dates before we have seen the vehicle, because parts and approvals vary.
You choose the shop. We would like it to be us, but we will give straight advice either way. Our insurance page explains your options.
